MenuFlash allows restaurants and food businesses to create digital menus accessible via QR code. The Service includes a free plan and paid plans with additional features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Upload offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to the Pro plan. We offer a refund within the first 14 days after purchase if you are not satisfied.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (photos, text, logos). You grant us a limited license to display your content as part of the Service's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
